Carine advises numerous clients in banking and finance, financing instruments and funds, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, oil and gas, private businesses on commercial and financial matters such as purchase and sale transactions, private financing, shareholders relationships, cross-border transactions, management contracts and any other type of commercial transaction and contracts and other types of commercial transactions and contracts.
