Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm is jointly headed by Carlos Abou Jaoude, Souraya Machnouk and Eddy Maghariki, who are regularly instructed to advise on lease agreements, assess risks related to real estate transactions, and assist with development projects and project finance. The team advised real estate developer Natour Development on the construction of a tourist village in Anfeh, and also assisted a joint venture consisting of several renewable energy companies with the process of obtaining licences for the development of a 200MW wind farm.

Badri and Salim El Meouchi LLP has particular expertise in PPP structures, in the context of which it has advised on transportation, energy and real estate development projects. Key figures in the multi-disciplinary practice group include Chadia El Meouchi, Walid Honein and senior associate Carine Farran. In a notable matter, the team was instructed by the International Finance Corporation, a World Bank Group subsidiary, in relation to the expansion and development of Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport.

El-Aref International Law Office has experience acting across the spectrum of energy project developments, including financing, planning, licensing and construction. Led by name partner Aref El-Aref, the team acted for Hyundai Heavy Industries in relation to the installation of high-voltage gas and air insulated switchgear substations, which were commissioned by the Ministry of Energy and Water.

Obeid Law Firm is regularly involved in land sale and purchase transactions, planning mandates and real estate investment matters, where it advises on the establishment of investment vehicles for real estate development projects. Nayla Comair-Obeid and Ziad Obeid are key figures in the practice group.

Alem & Associates has considerable experience of real estate acquisitions and various other property transactions, and also handles construction disputes. Practice head Rola Tabsh advised real estate developer Bramieh Village on the development of a villa compound in southern Lebanon. The team also assisted an investment bank with the funding aspects of the acquisition of an office building in Cyprus.

El-Khoury & Partners Legal Counsel (EKP) advises real estate developers, investment vehicles and governmental organisations on public procurement matters, regulatory issues associated with real estate and infrastructure projects, and real estate transactions. Key contacts include Ziad El-Khoury, Wissam Hassem and Hadi Melki, the last of whom is acting for Saudi FAL & Co in relation to its build-operate-transfer bid for a mandatory vehicle inspection project with the Lebanese government, which was initiated under a PPP structure. The firm ceased its association with Holman Fenwick Willan LLP in January 2019.

Acting for real estate investors, developers and various sub-contractors, Kabalan & Associates has experience of development finance, licensing and regulatory compliance, construction mandates, property transactions and commercial development deals. Noureddine Kabalan heads the department.
