As the founding partner of Hellström Law, and a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 1991, Mats Hellström is one of the most experienced lawyers in the firm. Mats has vast legal expertise and experience in matters concerning commercial contracts, M&A, and employment law. Mats currently undertakes assignments as an advisor in company takeovers and inbound investments, where his in-depth experience offers a broad perspective on all aspects relating to transactions, and employment law.
