Katerina is a Director and has been a member of the firm’s practice since 2009.

Acting as legal advisor to local and international financial institutions, investment funds, fund managers, institutional investors, public listed companies and insurance companies and insurance agents / brokers. Legal expert in project finance and corporate financing transactions. Drafting and negotiating financing and security documentation.
- Mergers and Acquisitions. Legal advisor to Issuers and large corporates in M&A transactions. Well versed in all aspects of M&A from the terms and structure of deals, negotiations through to execution.
- Collective Investments | Investment Structures. Legal expert on all aspects of investment funds. With a focus on regulatory and legal work which includes fund formation, corporate and regulatory matters and business life cycle events.
- Financial Regulatory. Providing regulatory advice to financial institutions, investment managers, investment funds, issuers, insurance companies, administrators and custodians.
