Jeroen Raskin is a corporate/M&A partner at Monard Law. He specializes in M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate law. Jeroen Raskin (1980, Hasselt) specialises in Company Law, Financial Law and Mercantile and Economic Law.
Apart from a law degree (Catholic University of Leuven, 2004), he obtained a DES degree in Economic Law (specializing in Company Law) at the ULB in Brussels and also completed a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (Leuven School of Business and Economics, 2009).
He is a lecturer at the KHLIM Department of Commercial Sciences and Business Administration where he teaches Commercial Law to fiscal expertise students (BANAMA). He also regularly gives presentations.
He joined the Hasselt bar and has worked at Monard Law since September 2005.
