Jeroen Raskin is a corporate/M&A partner at Monard Law. He specializes in M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate law. The scope of his expertise includes his ability to handle many national and cross-border transactions, joint-ventures for industrial parties as well as for private equity or venture-capital funds, and particularly matters in the financial regulatory sector and IT and telecom sectors. He also represents a number of family-owned businesses and advises international shareholders and directors on their corporate governance issues. Furthermore, Jeroen specializes in corporate and financial litigation. He assists domestic and international clients in M&A litigation, director’s liability, and conflicts between shareholders. As a financial litigator, he represents financial institutions and investors. Education

Jeroen Raskin (1980, Hasselt) specialises in Company Law, Financial Law and Mercantile and Economic Law.

Apart from a law degree (Catholic University of Leuven, 2004), he obtained a DES degree in Economic Law (specializing in Company Law) at the ULB in Brussels and also completed a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (Leuven School of Business and Economics, 2009).

He is a lecturer at the KHLIM Department of Commercial Sciences and Business Administration where he teaches Commercial Law to fiscal expertise students (BANAMA). He also regularly gives presentations.

He joined the Hasselt bar and has worked at Monard Law since September 2005.
