Fotini Mavrikaki joined Your Legal Partners in July 2019 after 10 years in private practice. Recently, she has been promoted to Junior Partner. Fotini advises on real estate, banking and finance, corporate and M&A matters. Fotini has extensive experience in a wide range of civil and commercial law matters including commercial litigation.
Fotini is very experienced in real estate acquisitions and project finance transactions representing lenders in major development projects, such as the Hellinikon project and the Primonial project. She is also very active in corporate and financial restructurings. She regularly advises H.I.G Capital in the context of their acquisitions in the logistics and the hospitality sector and the financing of their projects. She is also the account manager for PREMIA and has worked on most of their projects.
