Hans Christian Pape advises domestic and international clients including public sector clients and PE funds on all matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, company law and equity capital markets. His involvement comprises all types of mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged acquisitions, mergers and demergers, joint ventures and other strategic alliances both domestically and cross-border.
In addition to his legal career he has several years of professional experience as executive director in international sector leading companies within Branded Goods/FMCG.
