A trusted attorney of some of Israel’s leading enterprises, Tamar handles infrastructure projects throughout their entire lifespan, starting with applying for a public tender or preparing the tender on behalf of its initiator, through financing the project and to its onsite execution. She has a special expertise in financing PPP projects, having represented her clients in intricate transactions involving banks and other financial entities. Furthermore, Tamar is an expert real estate attorney, representing Israel’s top contractors and construction companies.
