Alejandro Touriño has wide experience in advising companies on the following areas: information technology, knowledge based and e-business matters such as software licenses, intellectual property, e-commerce, outsourcing agreements, social networks, privacy, domain names, Internet and e-business issues. Alejandro has in-depth experience in resolving IP/IT disputes through judicial and arbitration bodies, including disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). His contribution has been decisive in the development and market recognition of ECIJA IT practice. Appointed arbitrator for the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) on domain names dispute resolution. Member of DENAE (Spain largest Entertainment Law Association). Member of the CSA Directors Board in Spain. CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) is a leading international organization aimed to promote the use of Best practices for providing security within Cloud Computing.
