Alberto has participated in several projects of definition and implementation of transfer pricing policies, as well as transfer pricing documentation, intragroup transactions valuation or business restructurings.

He also advices both Spanish and international clients in tax audits and other procedures such as advance pricing agreements or mutual agreement procedures.

Before joining Ramón y Cajal Abogados, he worked in national and international law firms of recognized prestige in the field of Tax law.
