Career

Michael Ayalon is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. and leads the labor law practice.

Michael engages in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on labor law related litigation. He represents both companies and high level management in high-profile, large scale disputes before all Israeli courts, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Additionally, Michael advises leading public and private Israeli companies with regard to employment contracts and agreements, and counsels executive management in the implementation of different aspects of labor law.

Michael hast vast experience in leading labor law related class actions. He is also involved in representing the firm’s clients in administrative matters.

Michael is a member of compensation committees of various public and private companies. In addition to his legal practice, he frequently lectures on various labor law topics on behalf of the Israel Bar Association, as well as at legal conferences and conventions.
