Career

Sharon Werker-Sagy is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. 

Sharon specializes in preliminary and secondary rounds of financing in Israel, and regularly advises public companies on securities and corporate law.

Sharon has represented multi-national companies, such as Strauss Group Ltd. (a food and beverage corporation with business dealings in North America, Europe, Brazil, and China, in addition to Israel), in their public and large-scale offerings on the TASE, as well as foreign companies, (e.g. Elad Canada Inc., a Canadian entity, in their recent IPO and bonds offering).

Sharon has dealt with numerous private placements in the institutional market, which vary from classic securitization deals to complex capital funding transactions, such as the reorganization of NIS 1 billion of debt of Elad National Properties LLC (a US entity, represented by securitized bonds listed for trade on the TACT).

Sharon provides ongoing services to a wide variety of public companies. Her representation includes the preparation of tender offers and advice with respect to related party transactions and immediate reports.
