Netta joined Gornitzky & Co. as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Netta was a partner in a leading commercial law firm.
Netta’s main area of expertise is technology companies, from the start-up stages, representation in all the day-to-day operations of companies, and through investments and mergers and acquisitions. Netta represents Israeli and international clients, and has extensive experience in representing investors, including in the establishment of venture capital funds, as well as representing private investors in all their activities.
Netta represents technology companies in a wide range of fields, and has many years of experience in commercial transactions, licensing agreements, joint ventures and financing transactions.
