Shirley has more than 25 years of experience practicing in intellectual property law. Shirley specializes in developing intellectual property portfolios and protection thereof for start-ups, global companies, leading Israeli corporations as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Shirley is involved in strategically developing, clearing, registering and enforcing her clients’ brands value worldwide. She manages complex trademark portfolios and counsels domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries in trademarks, designs, copyrights, e-commerce, patents, licensing, due-diligence, legal opinions, domain names, and global enforcement programs, including, in the fashion, apparel, cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and services, aviation, energy, construction, food and beverages, optics, insurance, finance, cyber, software and telecommunications sectors.

Due to her in-depth diverse knowledge, Shirley is known for her commitment and experience in connecting between entrepreneurs, organizations and technologies from cross sectors, thereby assisting them in creating disruptive, innovative, notable and valuable solutions.
