Career

At SÉRVULO since 2023, João Pinto Ramos is a consultant in the Employment Law department. He is currently studying for a PhD in Law, specialising in Civil Law, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He attended the Postgraduate Courses in Data Protection Law and in M&A and Corporate Litigation, both at the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, between 2018 and 2019. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2019. He has been an Assistant at the Legal Sciences Group of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 2019 and at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Technology of the European University since 2021. He was a Consultant in the Litigation & Arbitration department at the law firm «VdA – Vieira de Almeida & Associados», where he also began his professional experience as a Trainee Lawyer between 2019 and 2023. He is the author of scientific articles on Civil Law, Business Law and Data Protection Law, and a member of the teaching staff of several postgraduate courses on Private Law. He joined the Bar Association in 2021.
