Irit Brodsky, a partner in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department, offers expert counsel to both Israeli and international enterprises in the field of competition law. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of matters, including restrictive arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolies, abuse of dominant position, tenders, and compliance with the Concentration Law.

During her undergraduate studies, Irit served as an editor of the Tel Aviv University Law Review and contributed as a research assistant in the economic analysis of law.
