Career

Erez is a partner in Lipa Meir’s litigation practice area. He represents both private and institutional clients in all aspects and areas of commercial litigation.

Erez specializes in managing complex large-scale and high-profile lawsuits in court and in arbitration proceedings. Among others, he represents the largest HMO in Israel (Clalit Health Services), the largest engineering company in Israel (The Baran Group), insurance companies, business firms which conduct large scale business such as companies that specialize in desalination of sea water, dealers in the diamond business and private businesses. Mr. Dar-Lulu also specializes in submitting petitions to the High Court of Justice.

In addition, Erez specializes in the field of tax and municipal mandatory payments as well as lawsuits for the restitution of property tax, development tax, compensation for expropriation, betterment tax and lawsuits dealing with the decrease in value of property (in accordance with Section 197 of the Planning and Construction Law). He serves as advisor on the property tax appeals-committee.

Erez also handles criminal cases in the field of planning and construction violations and business licenses. He represents attorneys in malpractice lawsuits and serves as legal advisor to the Appeals Property Tax Committee.
