David Vosol is a partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS in Prague and a leader of the banking and financial law team. In addition, he focuses on the M&A, restructuring, litigations and arbitrations, real estate law and energy law. Since 2006, Mr Vosol is a lecturer at the IPFM and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague.
