After joining the firm in 2012, Kira Lerner advises in all matters concerning planning, permission and licensing procedures, and represents clients before the Administrative Court.
Kira joined Agmon from the Jerusalem Municipality’s legal department where she worked for more than three years. Her role included providing legal counsel and care services for the various municipality departments, handling criminal and administrative matters and dealing with petitions and cases regarding licensing disputes. Previously, Kira was a legal assistant for the honorable Judge Gila Canfy Steinitz, at the Jerusalem District Court.
