Career

Founding partner and head of the firm, Zvi Agmon provides clients with more than 30 years of experience in a range of complex commercial litigation, class actions and antitrust law. Zvi represents clients at every stage of a case, safeguarding their interests before all regulatory bodies and authorities, while his vast experience in administrative law sees him act for clients before the High Court of Justice.

Zvi’s successful track record in class action lawsuits ensures he is a first port of call for companies responding to class action motions brought against them. Recently he advised ICL Ltd and its officers in defeating a class action alleging an cartel in the potash industry. In recent years, Zvi has also played a significant role in the developing energy sector, representing clients in regards to regulation and litigation pertaining to natural gas.
