Position

Eddie Ashkenazi is a partner in the energy practice of Agmon & Co., Rosenberg Hacohen & Co.

Eddie specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on international energy projects and transactions, oil and natural gas E&P projects and related regulatory issues. Eddie has in-depth knowledge of sector-specific regulatory regimes, notably in the areas of oil and gas and natural resources, and was involved in Israel’s largest domestic and international gas sale transactions.

He hold significant experience in midstream projects, particularly pipeline transportation and distribution, cross-border transportation, offshore operations and natural gas marketing. Eddie also advises leading renewable energy companies in large-scale commercial transactions and projects in Israel and abroad.

In addition to his work at the firm, Eddie is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Committee of the Israel Bar Association (IBA).
