Position
Head of the Capital Markets and Securities department, Uri Rosenberg brings clients a wealth of experience in capital markets and securities issues, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in a career spanning more than 25 years.
Clients tap into his comprehensive experience of having acted in more than 100 public offerings in Israel. These clients include major players in the oil and gas, fuel, automotive and financial industries.
As one of the country’s leading capital markets and securities lawyers, Uri also acts for clients in complex capital raising projects from the private and institutional markets with a cumulative value of billions of shekels, while he regularly represents clients before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Furthermore, Uri is regularly involved in project finance and merger and acquisition transactions, and has been involved in some of the largest transactions in Israel.
