Judit Szórádi is a key member of the firm’s banking & finance and employment practices. Judit has a strong international law firm background coupled with knowledge of the German speaking markets.

She is responsible for regulatory banking, capital markets, transactional banking and finance work. In addition to her in-house banking background, she also has extensive experience in the field of restructuring and in insolvency proceedings, while she has represented several financial institutions in licensing procedures.

Judit also supports various local and foreign companies regarding employment law matters dealing with a wide range of employment agreements. Employers rely on her up-to-date knowledge of the Hungarian employment legal system in connection with all day-to-day HR matters, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring both in local and cross-border employment matters.
