Dániel Bihary is mainly involved in the extensive work of the firm’s dispute resolution team, primarily in the course of commercial litigation, international commercial arbitration proceedings and the enforcement of judgments in Hungary.
In addition to his litigation work, he works on international transactions in the M&A practice group of the firm. He participates in the preparation and execution stages of major market acquisitions, representing both the sellers’ and the buyers’ side. He has also gained experience in merger control and sector specific market surveillance procedures in the food industry.
He is fluent in English and German.
