Career

Esti Hadar is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Department. Esti combines legal and financial experience covering a broad range of sectors on financial and commercial activities.

Esti advises domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, financial services providers, and corporations on major lending transactions, securitization, sales of debt portfolios, capital relief transactions and derivatives transactions.

Esti also focuses in banking and broad financial regulation, including payments services regulation and the regulation applicable to cryptographic currencies.

Additionally, Esti has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions and providing ongoing legal advice and legal opinions.

Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Esti was an associate at another top rated law firm in Tel Aviv, after serving as an officer in senior economics positions at the IDF General Staff, and among other things, handled the initiation and execution of various commercial and financial transactions and a cross-organization policy in economic issues.
