Position

Adv. Nabel is Head of the Capital Markets Practice in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department, and serves as the Head of Goldfarb Seligman’s Professional Forum.

Adv. Nabel specializes in capital markets, securities and corporate law, and possesses extensive experience in leading complex capital and debt raising, as well as in representing clients in a broad range of matters in these fields. In this capacity, Adv. Nabel advises clients regarding controlling shareholder transactions, restructuring, corporate governance, dividend distribution, merger and acquisition transactions, contact and agreements with regulators, and more.

Adv. Nabel’s long years of experience in leading complex capital market transactions, as well as his deep understanding of the business and regulatory environment in which the client operates and his broad expertise in securities and corporate law, allow Adv. Nabel to provide comprehensive legal counsel to his clients, tailoring creative legal solutions to each client’s specific needs.
