Career

Nava Karavany is a partner in the firm’s Competition/Antitrust Practice, with extensive experience in all areas of antitrust law, including complex mergers, joint ventures, restrictive-trade practices, and matters relating to abuse of dominant position.

Earlier in her career, Nava practiced law at the legal department of the Israel Competition Authority (2005- 2012), where she was in charge of different sectors including the food and beverage, retail and telecommunications, and worked as a criminal prosecutor. Nava was appointed to be the Telecommunications and Hi-Tech Unit Chief, and later on, was the first person to be granted the title of “Expert” within the ICA legal department. During her term at the ICA, Nava headed complex litigation cases before the Antitrust Tribunal and criminal court.

In the past, Nava clerked for Honorable Justice Tova Strasberg-Cohen of the Supreme Court of Israel.
