Career

Hagit Bavly, who focuses on real estate, commercial law, real estate finance and planning and construction, has significant experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions, in particular in real estate matters, where she has been ranked a top practitioner for many years. This includes purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, real estate company acquisitions, real estate company IPOs, debt arrangements, and financing agreements for both projects and for companies (representing lenders and borrowers).

Hagit also has extensive experience in planning procedures. This includes assisting with planning procedures, drafting rules for city plans, and representing clients before planning committees and other authorities and in court with regard to planning procedures.

Hagit provides legal advice in all stages of complex, large-scale transactions and projects, from acquisition and planning to construction and marketing.

Hagit received a law degree from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1982, a B.Des. degree from the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in 1986 and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University in 1995. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1984, joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1995.
