Career
Hagit Bavly, who focuses on real estate, commercial law, real estate finance and planning and construction, has significant experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions, in particular in real estate matters, where she has been ranked a top practitioner for many years. This includes purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, real estate company acquisitions, real estate company IPOs, debt arrangements, and financing agreements for both projects and for companies (representing lenders and borrowers).
Hagit also has extensive experience in planning procedures. This includes assisting with planning procedures, drafting rules for city plans, and representing clients before planning committees and other authorities and in court with regard to planning procedures.
