Career
Delphine has an extensive experience advising domestic and international clients, particularly financial institutions, private equity firms as well as international groups, on a range of complex matters in M&A, divesture, cross-border transactions, corporate and general business law. Delphine regularly advises issuers on capital markets matters and is regularly involved in equity and debt capital market transactions.
She also assists major groups facing pressure on both their financing and restructuring activities and has experience assisting international company board and senior management.
