Position
Partner. Mathias Winge acts as an adviser in financial crises and have extensive experience from creditor-, restructuring- and insolvency related issues including giving advice in relation to acquisitions and transfers within insolvent company structures, reviews and realization of securities. Mathias often acts as adviser to creditors in connection to restructurings’, insolvency disputes such as claw back claims or disputes regarding board responsibility according to the Companies Act.
Mathias is regularly appointed as receiver and has over ten years’ experience from managing bankruptcies within several lines of business such as industry, retail trade, finance, construction and property. Furthermore Mathias is appointed as administrator and liquidator for solvent companies. Within his commercial law practice Mathias regularly gives advice to companies and organizations within the forest industry.
