Position

Partner Espen Nordbø is head of Haavind’s tax team and a well-respected practitioner with a strong focus on cross-border tax issues, M&A tax and tax in real property transactions.

He has extensive experience in corporate taxation, international tax, taxation of high net worth individuals, and tax-related aspects of transactions, restructurings, investment funds, real estate development, incentive programs and earn-outs.

Nordbø has worked at the Tax Law Department of the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and as a lawyer and senior manager at KPMG Law.

He has earned particular praise recently for his ability to quickly understand complex issues and identify the client’s interests, thanks to his wealth of experience in advising on the tax aspects of cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings.
