Joined VdA in 2010 and she is partner of Governance practice. Isabel has been actively involved in several national and international transactions mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions in different sectors of the economic activity, incorporating and restructuring of legal entities, organizing the contractual planning of commercial distribution and supply networks of goods and services. She actively assists clients of different industrial sectors, such as automotive, equipment and products manufacturing, on commercial, contractual and corporate matters.
