Career

Hilde Lund works with conflict resolution and procedure within all parts of the business industry. She has prosecuted a number of cases within several different disciplines, especially in civil cases where the public sector has been involved.

She was granted the right to appear before the Supreme Court in 2016.

Hilde has extensive expertise in several disciplines, including contract and construction law, general administrative law, planning and building law, aquaculture law, labour law and tort law, and is used to familiarising herself with new issues and new areas of law in connection with conflicts and actions.

She also has extensive experience with negotiations/mediations, both as a representative of the client and as a mediator. She was appointed special mediator at the National Mediator of Norway in June 2019 and has since assisted the National Mediator as a mediator in the leading sector settlement in 2020-2022. In addition, she has led several other mediations.
