Career

Poul Jagd Mogensen is one of the partners heading Accura’s M&A Team. Poul focuses in particular on advising large and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark and abroad, and he advises on the acquisition and sale of business units and subsidiaries. He also advises on the financial restructuring of existing enterprises and in connection with the acquisition and restructuring of insolvent enterprises. For a number of years, Poul has also provided general legal advice to a number of Danish and foreign enterprises. Poul joined Accura as a Partner in 2010.
