Noel Strange-Obel Johansen is a partner in Accura’s M&A Team.

Noel specialises in business transfers and advises Danish and foreign private equity funds and industrial and financial businesses in relation to both national and cross-border transactions.

Moreover, he has vast experience providing advice on corporate and commercial law as well as on stock exchange and capital market matters. Noel joined Accura in 2009. Noel came from a position as executive officer of a small Danish company where the legal work was mainly related to design and trademark protection and to international contract negotiations, litigation, etc.
