Alan Pai is a partner in Accura’s M&A Team.

Alan primarily provides advice in connection with Danish and international business transfers, including in particular in relation to process planning, structuring of transactions, completion of due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. Moreover, he provides advice on general company and commercial law matters with a focus on capital and shareholder matters, reorganisations and drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
