Career
Moty Yamin has joined our firm in 2018 and serves as the Head of the Capital Markets & Securities Department.
Before joining our firm, Moty held senior management positions at the Israel Securities Authority (ISA), and in his recent position, Moty served as the Director of the Corporate Finance Department at the ISA.
Due to his extensive and unique activity and experience, Moty has an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of Securities and Corporate Law.
In addition, Moty provides advice in respect of complex aspects of corporate and securities law related to local and international M&A, finance, debt, capital and various types of investment transactions.
