Career

Naama is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Naama specializes in commercial litigation, representing corporations and individuals in commercial, civil and administrative litigation before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Naama has been involved in shareholder disputes in public and private companies, derivative claims, class actions, administrative petitions, as well as in complex commercial disputes. Naama has been involved, among others, in representation of former directors in IDB group in several derivative actions; representation in a complex dispute between shareholders in a an oil partnership; and representation of directors in a NIS200 Million claim filed by liquidators of the company.
