Position

Frank is Consultant in the firm’s Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and Private Client teams. In insolvency matters Frank specialises in liquidations, examinerships and receiverships, having been involved in many well-known, high-profile and precedent-setting cases both domestically and internationally. On the private client side, Frank specialises in the administration of estates, wills and trusts and in all related issues.

Frank is a founding member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners, a member of INSOL (Association of Insolvency Practitioners) and of R3 (Association of UK Insolvency Practitioners). He has been published in the area of cross-border insolvency and has lectured on the EC Insolvency Regulation.

Frank is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has lectured on wills, estate administration and the taxation of capital acquisitions.

Career

Admitted as a solicitor: 1980,  partner in Whitney Moore 1985 to 2019; consultant from 2020.
