Position
Gerry is a partner in Whitney Moore’s Dispute Resolution team. He is a litigation specialist and has handled some of the largest and most complex cases to come before the Irish Courts. He also has extensive experience of international litigation practice involving European and US courts. While acting in commercial disputes for clients across a broad range of activities, Gerry has considerable experience of insurance, public liability, intellectual property, professional disciplinary and aviation litigation.

Admitted as solicitor, 1984; partner 1989; managing partner from 2003 to 2009.
Memberships
Law Society of Ireland, IBA, DRI Europe and Lawyers’ Pilots’ Bar Association. Qualified instrument rated pilot.
