Position

Martin Weber is a Partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice are private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and stock exchange law, corporate and commercial law, corporate restructurings, and international business transactions. Martin has extensive experience in advising publicly listed and closely held companies, including multinational groups of companies, in all types of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and going privates, initial public offerings, rights offerings and private equity transactions. Martin regularly assists clients in a variety of other international business transactions, such as corporate restructurings, joint ventures and business outsourcings. In addition, he serves as a board member on several Swiss companies of various sizes.
