Position

Jean Jacques Ah Choon is a Partner and head of Schellenberg Wittmer’s M&A group. He regularly advises both Swiss and international clients on all types of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He also advises clients on financing issues.

Experience:

• Swiss counsel to a pre-existing investor of Bravofly Rumbo Group in the Initial Public Offering of Bravofly Rumbo Group B.V.
• Swiss counsel to Synergy Health in the acquisition of ID-Track-and-Trace SA
• Swiss counsel to Services Industriels de Genève in the acquisition of a minority stake in Energiedienst Holding AG
