Career

Practising Lawyer since 1988 and Corporate Law specialist, Daniel Rodríguez Ruiz de Villa joined ONTIER Oviedo in January 2010. Lecturer in a wide range of postgraduate courses; umpire and juror in national and international legal contests. Daniel has taken part in a wide range of national and international corporate research projects and he has been awarded with eleven national legal research prizes. Author and co-author to 21 monographies,18 chapters and 83 articles in specialised legal magazines.
