Jens Mosselmans heads the Public & Regulatory practice at the Brussels office.

Jens has practiced public and administrative law for more than fifteen years and advises both companies and public authorities on a wide range of administrative law issues, particularly in the life sciences, healthcare, real estate and energy sectors.

He specialises in transactions and litigation involving public procurement and public contracts, such as concessions and public private partnerships. In this context, he advises both contracting authorities and economic operators.

Jens also has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and other courts and tribunals. He is the author of various publications on selected topics of administrative and constitutional law.
