Damien Conem is Partner in the Corporate and Finance Practice Group. He advises international and national clients in relation to multi-jurisdictions and cross-borders transactions in the areas of M&A (including private equity and regulated undertakings), corporate (re)structuring (outwith the domain of insolvency) and equity capital markets. Before rejoining Liedekerke, Damien has practiced with two major international players after having completed his traineeship with the firm.

Damien joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick as a Partner in 2013.
