Paul Geerebaert heads the firm’s Labour and Employment Practice Group. His daily fare consists of legal questions relating to individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings and the drafting and negotiation of individual and collective labour agreements. He acts for many international and Belgian companies and advises in matters relating to employment law. He regularly pleads before Labour Courts throughout the country. Paul ranks amongst the leading labour lawyers in Belgium.
