Career

Mads advises industrial and institutional enterprises, including listed and financial enterprises, private equity funds, and family offices on domestic and cross-border transactions, investments and commercial contracts, including shareholders’ agreements, cooperation agreements and joint venture agreements.

After more than ten years of working intensively with the financial sector, including transactions, independent legal investigations, and comprehensive lawsuits, Mads has gained unrivalled industry insight and expertise, which he benefits from when advising banks, insurance and pension providers, investment companies, and payment institutions.

Mads combines his extensive legal expertise with a commercial perspective and efficient process management.

Mads is a regular lecturer at the board leadership training programmes arranged by the Danish Financial Sector Training Centre and by the Danish business paper Børsen in cooperation with Copenhagen Business School.
He teaches frequently at internal and external courses and seminars – particularly in the fields of corporate governance and management liability.
Member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
