Career

A large part of his professional activity focuses on the energy, infrastructure, real estate and banking law sectors, having provided legal advice in several M&A and capital markets transactions, in the structuring and implementation of major projects, in the arrangement and contracting of the associated financing operations and in providing advice on regulatory issues, with special emphasis on the area of ​​renewable energies.

He has also served as counsel and arbitrator or expert in Portuguese law and in the laws of other Portuguese-speaking countries in various arbitration proceedings, in Portugal and abroad.
