Position

Gitte is partner in Gorrissen Federspiel’s Corporate / M&A practice group and also part of our cross-practice group for Energy & Infrastructure as well as member of our French Desk and Spanish Desk.

Gitte renders assistance on a current basis to a wide range of listed and unlisted companies as well as private equity funds, family offices and other investors, primarily in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies and minority investments, entering of shareholders’ agreements and other shareholder and corporate law issues. She thus has extensive experience in both large and medium-sized transactions, both inbound and outbound, and in structured sales processes, W&I insured transactions, platform and add-on acquisitions, etc., notably within IT/Tech, Energy/Infrastructure and shipping.

Gitte furthermore assists large players in the energy sector, including in connection with acquisitions and minority investments.

Gitte has a long-standing background in providing general legal and commercial advice to companies and wide experience in both corporate law matters, including not least PE-owned companies, commercial contracts, supplier and customer relationships and general terms of delivery, as well as general business conditions.

Finally, Gitte has experience in criminal matters from her prior work with the Danish Police and Prosecution Service.
