Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen has advised Danish and foreign companies in real estate matters for a number of years. Alexander has extensive experience with all aspects of real estate project development, including the buying and selling of development properties and projects, rental law, planning law and construction law issues as well as structuring and completion of project sales.

Moreover, Alexander’s expertise encompasses transactions concerning the buying and selling of commercial and investment properties, for instance office and retail trade properties and shopping centres, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements. Alexander gives frequent lectures to Estate Media and private companies on for instance planning law issues.
